Termos juridicos Portugues & Ingles

Gostaria de enumenar uma pequena relacao de termos e palavras juridicas em Ingles. (desculpa pela falta de acento, meu word eh totalmente em ingles e nao tenho os acentos; se alguem quiser me dar uma dica como resolver isso...).
Portanto, gostaria de relacionar palavras juridicas em Portugues e sua versao em Ingles para todos estudantes de Direito, que desejam obter conhecimento dos termos em Ingles ou Portugues, tendo em vista o Direito Internacional, um eventual LLM nos EUA e o famoso Bar exam. Ou para aqueles que querem ver a versao em Portugues. Muitos termos sao em latim, e portanto o termo deve ser eh o mesmo. Ai vao algumas palavras.
*I would like to elaborate a small version of legal terms and words in English and Portuguese for all Law Students that aim to know more about terms in the English language or the Portuguese Language, having in mind the International Law, or for Brazilian Law Students planning a LLM or the Bar Exam; As well as those who want to learn more about the legal terms in Portuguese for an eventual OAB EXAM ( The brazilian bar exam). Many terms are in fact from the latim, therefore in such case the term might be the same. Here goes some words…
ABANDONO DE CAUSA → Abandonment of action ( deixar de praticar a acao no prazo legal previsto em Lei).
ABANDONO DE SERVIDAO → Abandonment of easement ( deixar de promover as obras necessarias).
ABONO → Accomodation ( quando alguem se responsabiliza pela obrigacao de outra pessoa / when someone holds himself responsible for somebody else’s duty);
→ allowance ( auxilio prestado em dinheiro a outro/help given in money for other);
→ guaranty ( garantia prestada a outro).
AB-ROGACAO → abrogation ( extincao de lei vigente em face da promulgacao de uma lei nova / extintion of a law due to the promulgation of a law).
ABSOLUTORIA → Acquittal ( a sentenca de absolvicao/ sentence declaring absolution).
ABSTENCAO DO ATO → Refrain from doing ( prestacao de nao fazer/ duty of not doing).
ABSTENCAO DO JUIZ → Abstention ( quando o juiz federal se abstem de conhecer acao).
ACAO → Action ( conjunto de atos ou um ato);
→ share certificate ( titulo de uma sociedade por acoes);
→share /stock ( acoes de capital);
ACAO beneficiaria > preferred stock.
>ao portador – share-warrant to bearer.
> ordinaria – common share.
> preferencial – preferred share. Preference share. Senior stock.
> subscrita. Subscribed capital stock.
ACAO → Action at law ( direito subjetivo de provocar auxilio jurisdicional do Estado), sinonimo: suit. Proceeding. Judicial proceeding.
Nota. Action refere-se a qualquer tipo de acao legal, entretanto, suit nao se aplica especialmente as acoes criminais.
ACAO → claim ( reclamacao de uma causa judicial).
ACAO ACIDENTAL/INCIDENTAL → incidental proceeding.
ACAO CAUTELAR → provisional remedy.
ACAO COLETIVA → Class action.
ACAO CRIMINAL → Criminal action/ Criminal proceeding.
ACAO DECLARATORIA → Declaratory action.
ACAO DE CONSIGNACAO EM PAGAMENTO → Payment into court proceeding.
ACAO DE DESPEJO → Action of ejection.
ACAO DE EMBARGO DE OBRA NOVA → Action of continuing trespass.
ACAO DE ESBULHO POSSESSORIO → Action of trespass.
ACAO DE FILIACAO ILEGITIMA → Paternity suit.
ACAO DE INDENIZACAO → Action for damages.
ACAO DE INVENTARIO → Administration of state.
This are just a few ones....If you have some specific term that needs some translation into Portuguese, let me know. Se alguem tiver uma duvida, ou necessita de uma traducao de um termo especifico, me deixe saber.
